METAWAVE Project Steering Committee meeting in Athens – June 2024
On 12th and 13th June 2024, the partners of METAWAVE project met in Athens for the first General Assembly after the Kick-off Meeting. The Greek hosting partners were METLEN Energy and Metals and CORE Group.
During the first day of the event, the partners had the opportunity to visit the production site of METLEN, one of the project use cases, to better understand the process for transformation of materials such as bauxite, alumina and aluminium.
On the second day, the consortium met at CORE premises, to share updates on the activities implemented within 6 months, to discuss about the next steps and to evaluate strategies to maximise project impact.
